Our client is an established, reputable medical instrument repair and manufacturing company seeking a skilled CNC MasterCam programmer with at least 5 years of experience. This company is ISO certified and specializes in making custom surgical instruments. The quality and precision standards are of the highest level.
Shift: Monday - 6: 00 am - 2: 30 pm
$24.00 - $32.00/hr. DOE

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Operation of high-level in accuracy with CNC Lathe capability (Haas machines).
2. MasterCam programming (version X9).
3. Collaborate with machinists and other team members to produce highly complex/small parts.
4. Work with team: management, quality control, vendors, and both internal and external customers.
5. Measures, gauges, and interprets prints and drawings.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of CNC Lathe and mill machining experience.
2. 3+ years of MasterCAM programming experience using version X9.
3. Experience with machining/assembling small/micro parts would be a plus, but is not required.
4. Knowledge and ability to measure, gauge, and interpret prints and drawings.
5. Ability to program 3, 3+1 and 4 axis mill and 2 axis lathes. True 5-axis mill and wire EDM programming a plus.
