Heavy Equipment Beverage Mechanic

This role will install, maintain, repair, and rebuild all plant machinery. This is a hands-on opportunity for a motivated, flexible individual to help drive our plant's productivity.


  • Maintain a repair all plant equipment and machinery.
  • Perform all work orders as required.
  • Perform trouble shooting of all mechanical and electrical problems as they occur.
  • Make sure all preventive maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Keep track of all problems that occur on the shift and convey the information to supervisor, lead and/or respective department manager.
  • Utilize existing shift resources in most efficient manner to achieve company goals.
  • Assist the Maintenance Department in establishing, maintaining and following plans for higher performance, and organization standards.
  • Provide input when needed for planning and forecasting of needs.
  • Interact with senior management to increase level of productivity and profitability in related areas.
  • Organize daily, weekly, monthly activities for maximum productivity.
  • Complete tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Interact, cooperate and coordinate tasks with other workers through positive communication.
  • Notify appropriate department(s) when encountering situations that may impact production efficiencies.
  • Seek to improve process, develop best practices, and insure quality; share these ideas with supervisor for support.
  • Work on projects and special assignments as assigned or initiated.
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate supervisor of any food safety and/or quality issues.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
