**********JOB DESCRIPTION************** (Work Environment/ Key Responsibilities)
SUMMARY: Kent-based window installation company is hiring for a Patio Room Installation Assistant. This position supports the lead installer in the construction of patio rooms including wall, window, door, support structures, and roof installation. .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Assists the lead installer in the installation of the job to ensure a Champion quality job is done in a timely and safe manner
2. Interacts with Champion customers in a professional manner
3. Loads materials onto truck while lead installer reviews job specifications
4. Unloads and assembles frames and assists in the unloading of truck
5. Learns aspects of lead installer's responsibilities
6. Contributes to a positive and fair team environment

*************JOB REQUIREMENTS************* (Years/type exp, special skills, licenses, etc)
1. Prior experience in construction and skilled labor involving carpentry, roofing, windows installation, use of a brake as well as hand tools such as an utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.
2. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
3. Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure
4. Detail oriented
5. Clean driving record, with the ability to regularly operate and manage the maintenance of a fleet vehicle
