Our client is an established manufacture seeking a Manufacturing Mechanic for first and second shifts. Must have 3- 5 years manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills and/or equivalent experience preferred in PLC and HMI configuration and programming, troubleshooting and solving software/hardware issues in an industrial high voltage electrical maintenance. Must be able to work nights!


Troubleshoot and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to PLC s, power supplies, drives, gauges/HMI and test equipment.
Diagnose complex problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities using a vertical mill and lathe.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, Multi meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Promote and comply with good safety practices and habits, including but not limited to, use of all PPE. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

$25.00 - $28.00/hr. DOE

A thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purpose.
Proficient computer experience/operation and PLC programming is necessary
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair significant electrical issues including the ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Ability to install new circuits for machinery up to 480V from panel to machine.
Advanced level skills in areas such as: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Experience with MIG and TIG welding
Solid MS Office and CMMS software skills
Must have the ability to disassemble and reassemble machinery, tooling and equipment.
Must have the ability to run basic machine shop equipment including band saw, lathe and milling machines.
Must have the ability to use micrometers, dial indicator and calipers.
Must have the ability to work without supervision on a weekly, monthly or yearly preventative maintenance and machine repair tasks.
